The Ultra 200X Ice screw cannon is made with the highest quality UHMWPE/POLY fabric, including an UHMWPE clipping loop. The inside fabric is all laminate, which makes slipping screws in exceptionally easy. Select the optional 200X Add-On sleeves which are also made with the same fabric.

I have always wondered why there weren’t better options for ice screw storage than the roll up sleeves I was using. The sleeves are bulky, and no matter how I close them screws seem to fall out if I throw them in my bag. The screw cannon solves all those problems and then some. It’s the best place to store screws at home, while transporting, or at the crag. It’s light, fits all the screws you could want securely, and on top of that it’s available in great bright colors (I went with pink). Best piece of gear I’ve purchased this season!
I have numerous versions of the I’ve screw wrap/cannon/bin/bag. The story behind this is I went to an AAC weekend in the Adirondacks to take my teen up to the north face of Pitchoff on skis to climb some moderate multi-pitch routes. It was extremely cold. The NY chapter of the club rented Ed’s excellent Rock and River. It’s a beautiful ski into this great place. Only problem is that while we were armed for bear, skis, tools, the works, bad dad forgot the screws. Only the incredible generosity of club co-head Tom saved the day. He loaned me one of these filled with brand new Blue Ice screws. Saved the day. And the cannon worked great in the 10 below to 10 above conditions. Ordered one in hot pink immediately after my return, making it hard to forget. Best in class item: light, perfect design for a rack worthy of Willoughby or the Parkway, Tom even claims he drys his screws in the cannon.
This thing is the bomb, finally a way to store and transport my screws, space to keep a couple of spectors. Other screws holders work but not really, not like this dream. Very happy with my purchase. Thanks y'all
