  • Can I buy a ledge now and still win? Yes! If you buy a portaledge of equal or lesser value during the giveaway period and win, you’ll get a full refund for that purchase.
  • Do I have to buy something to enter? No — you can enter for free by subscribing to our email list and/or submitting qualifying photo or video content.
  • What counts as a qualifying photo/video? The product must be clearly visible, in use, and shown in a relevant outdoor activity. No repeats or duplicate content.
  • Can I submit more than one photo or video? Yes — you can submit once per week during the contest period. Each photo = 1 entry; each video = 3 entries.
  • Who can enter? Residents of the U.S. and Canada (excluding Quebec) who are 18 years or older.
  • When will the winner be announced? Within 3 business days after the contest ends on September 1, 2025.

  • Giveaway Period: Begins August 12, 2025 and ends September 1, 2025 at 11:59 PM PST.
  • How to Enter: You may earn entries through any of the following methods:

    • Content Submission: Submit qualifying photo or video content (photos = +1 each, videos = +3 each; limit 1 submission per week; up to 3 files per submission).
    • Purchase: Earn 1 entry per $25 spent during the giveaway period (entries are automatic; no receipt upload required).
  • Prize: One (1) complete Alpine Double custom portaledge setup (classic A5-style) including Challenge ULTRA bed fabric, UHMWPE webbing harness, ULTRA haul bag, and a factory seam-sealed stormfly. Retail value: $2,300 USD.
